on a charge of larceny on board that vessel. If the French Consul's claim is correct the Courts of this Colony
can have no Jurisdiction
in this case; and should His
Excellency desire it the question
of Jurisdiction could be raised on this charge, and the decision of the Supreme Court of the
Colony taken on the question of Jurisdiction.
12. Since the receipt of the Consul's letter referred to above in paragraph I, the Hon'ble the Colonial Secretary has kindly forwarded for my information certain correspondence with the Right Hon'ble the Secretary of State on the
